I truly made this album for people to enjoy. For the past few years my main focus has been on making music that doesn't sound like anything I've heard before; something new. With this one I was much less concerned with it being new. I wanted it to be "fresh but recognizable". At the very least I wanted people to be able to take hold of the songs on their very first pass through.

I've been working officially on this album for about two years. Really had to go back to basics sometimes and learn (or re-learn) some music making techniques. I dropped dense concepts and story craft (the best I could). I focused on things that would be more emotionally resonant. I had a fun time making it and I hope you enjoy it.
